Michelle Hardy brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience across diverse industries, including banking, real estate, property management, and government services. For more than a decade, she has been at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, dedicating her work to securing housing stability for underserved and vulnerable communities.
Purpose-Driven Leadership
Michelle’s passion lies in ensuring that every person experiencing homelessness has a pathway to a safe, stable home. She is an active outreach volunteer who devotes her time and energy to causes that uplift:
- Unhoused veterans
- Transitional-age youth
- Individuals with mental health or substance use challenges
- People reentering society after incarceration
Through deep partnerships with local stakeholders and agencies, Michelle continues to drive systemic change through community resource alignment, advocacy, and real estate development.

Now entering a new chapter, Michelle is focused on acquiring and revitalizing properties to create affordable, inclusive, and opportunity-connected housing communities. Her mission is to enhance community value—not just by providing shelter, but by building places where people can live, thrive, and belong.
Beyond the Mission
Michelle is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, and volunteering for the causes that continue to inspire her purpose.
